I got a defective product and I'm really upset about it.

fit well and are comfy but the material is very shiny and quite thin. as the leg length is cropped they would be better tapering at the bottom as they just flap about above the ankle. As there is a dart in the bottom you can't really put a turn up on it so the bottoms just feel a bit flappy when a more tapered fit would be perfect. the fabric is very shiny ao close up you can tell they are more sports/active wear than trousers. back pockets are mesh type fabric inside and feel a bit flimsy. wouldn't put a key or anything in them that might end up ripping them and getting lost. comfy but they don't seem like a quality product for the price

I am so dissapointed in these trousers. I have approx 12 pairs in various colours and patterns. I needed plain navy for golf club team colours. The quality has completely changed, they look so cheap. They are much bigger than all the other pairs I have. At least 1 1/2 inches longer so not ankle grazers. I have been buying these for approx 8 years, they have been washed many times and still look like new. I have got lots of other ladies into purchasing them and we all loved them. The last pair I purchased was probably less than a year ago in white they are fabulous. WHY have you changed them?
