Packing was questionable

Shipping container was torn open. Packing material was not around item. Item was against box size. Cube appears ok but the box it was in has a few scuffs. Since this is an important gift I am holding onto it as I am not sure I could get another one. Cube is what i expected and is great. Shipping was not. Wish grass was a little bigger but that is not a deal breaker. My son is going to flip out when I give this to him.

Love the idea for a gift

The box was slightly damaged and the cube scratched

Really poorly packaged. No protection for collectors’ item. Placed in a plastic bag with some paper.

Really inadequate packaging for a what is a delicate collectors item. This was a gift but due to the lack of protection during delivery the corners of the items display box are damaged. No care taken to ensure the item was delivered in new condition as expected of such a purchase. Really disappointed in the lack of care and attention meaning a gift had to be presented damaged.
